Vice President of Children’s Behavioral Health Services
Position Summary
The Vice President of Children’s Behavioral Health Services provides executive oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Children’s Behavioral Health (CBH) services and plays a critical role in the growth, development, and strategic expansion of these programs statewide.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with executive leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Oversight of the of clinic-based, community, home, and school-based services
- Regulatory compliance
- Staff development
- Budgetary management
- Program growth and expansion
Requirements
- Master’s degree in administration, social services, human services, education, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the social services field, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Experience within the community of Mental Health / Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) system, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
- Managed care experience, including knowledge and understanding of CBH, CCBH, and Magellan
- Knowledge of IBHS Services
Preferred Qualifications
BCBA certification or strong familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health programming
