Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Healthcare technology company focused on enabling independent physician groups to manage chronic conditions more effectively through virtual care
- Provides an end-to-end platform combining hardware, software, and mobile capabilities to support remote patient monitoring and care coordination
- Helps provider organizations generate incremental revenue and improve patient outcomes without adding staff or expanding their patient base
- Supports the transition to value-based care by delivering actionable data insights and reducing hospitalizations for chronic condition patients
- Positioned in the growing remote patient monitoring and virtual care market with a focus on specialty-driven, independent practice sustainability
- Lead, manage, and scale a distributed team of ~50 patient engagement care coaches, with plans to double in size
- Own day-to-day operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and quality assurance
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure high-quality patient engagement and strong operational performance
- Improve processes, workflows, and efficiency across the patient engagement function
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, product, and clinical stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Ensure a high standard of patient experience and physician engagement across all interactions
- Build operational structure and scalability within a fast-growing environment
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in patient engagement, care management, clinical operations, or related fields
- Proven experience managing large, distributed teams (50+ employees)
- Strong operational leader with a track record of building and scaling teams
- Experience in telehealth, virtual care, RPM, CCM, or population health environments
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Experience owning KPIs, improving processes, and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Clinical background or exposure to patient care environments
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Familiarity with value-based care models
