VP Marketing
POSITION: Vice President of Marketing. This position reports directly to the CEO. The position will bring fresh thinking, creativity, and a strategic lens to elevate the company’s brand and accelerate growth. This is an opportunity to shape the company’s narrative, build a content‑driven marketing engine and transform the organization into the go‑to educational resource in its industry.
THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Client is willing and able to put together the right package for the right person. The comp package will be in the low to mid 200s. Compensation includes base, bonus, meaningful equity and full benefits plan including health, dental, 401k. Plus, they have a healthy work/life balance. Everyone is usually done working at the office by 5pm.
LOCATION: Company is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Ideally, candidates already live within commuting distance or are flexible to relocate. The CEO is very big into culture. He believes it is important that everyone is in the office at least a couple times a week. Working remotely full time is an NOT an option.

- Must have significant, recent leadership experience in marketing at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success using content as a primary driver of revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build, launch, and evolve a company’s brand through compelling storytelling and differentiated positioning.
- Exceptional writing and content‑creation skills; able to develop educational resources that position the company as a thought leader.
- Experience running the full marketing function, including analytics, performance tracking, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Must be a true strategic thinker who can take complex problems, identify opportunities, and architect effective solutions.
- A creative marketer who brings fresh ideas and is eager to reimagine how the company shows up in the market.
- Need the ability to transform a SaaS company into a content‑driven educational media brand for its customers.
