Director Integrated Marketing in TN

The Director of Integrated Marketing leads the development and execution of cohesive, cross-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role ensures alignment across all marketing channels—including digital, content, CRM, social, PR, and offline—to deliver a unified and compelling customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer insights
  • Lead go-to-market planning for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints
  • Partner with senior leadership to define brand and growth priorities

Campaign Leadership

  • Own end-to-end campaign development, from concept through execution and optimization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, CRM, product, sales) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines

Channel Integration

  • Oversee alignment across paid media (search, social, display), owned channels (email, website), and earned media (PR, partnerships)
  • Ensure consistent customer journeys across channels and devices
  • Optimize channel mix to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI

Brand & Content

  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop compelling storytelling and content strategies
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across campaigns
  • Oversee content planning across digital, social, and lifecycle channels

Analytics & Performance

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for integrated campaigns
  • Analyze performance across channels and provide actionable insights

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, sales, product, and external agencies
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers and specialists

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management
  • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content strategy, and media planning
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
