The Director of Integrated Marketing leads the development and execution of cohesive, cross-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role ensures alignment across all marketing channels—including digital, content, CRM, social, PR, and offline—to deliver a unified and compelling customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer insights
- Lead go-to-market planning for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints
- Partner with senior leadership to define brand and growth priorities
Campaign Leadership
- Own end-to-end campaign development, from concept through execution and optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, CRM, product, sales) to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines
Channel Integration
- Oversee alignment across paid media (search, social, display), owned channels (email, website), and earned media (PR, partnerships)
- Ensure consistent customer journeys across channels and devices
- Optimize channel mix to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
Brand & Content
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop compelling storytelling and content strategies
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across campaigns
- Oversee content planning across digital, social, and lifecycle channels
Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for integrated campaigns
- Analyze performance across channels and provide actionable insights
- Drive continuous optimization through testing and data-driven decision-making
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, sales, product, and external agencies
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers and specialists
- Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management
- Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content strategy, and media planning
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools
