Key Job Objective

This Global Flagship leader will open and oversee a world-class, luxury destination for this highly respected European luxe brand. The flagship will be designed to cultivate a world-class, hyper-personalized shopping experience, including a blend of retail, fine dining, and premier client experience at all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the flagship, ensuring it embodies the brand’s DNA and serves as a global benchmark for luxury retail experiences.
  • Work closely with headquarters to align strategy, innovation, and customer engagement with the brand’s worldwide vision.
  • Play a pivotal role in representing the brand to VIP clients, celebrities, global press, and industry leaders in one of the world’s most influential cities.
  • Cultivate a world-class, hyper-personalized shopping experience for UHNW clientele, dignitaries, and luxury connoisseurs.
  • Ensure the flagship is a destination for private appointments, bespoke services, and white-glove hospitality, mirroring the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels.
  • Develop exclusive clienteling initiatives, from private unveilings of limited-edition pieces to curated VIP experiences that go beyond retail.
  • Strengthen relationships with international clients, leveraging cultural awareness and multilingual team capabilities.

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent
  • Hospitality mindset gained from client-centric retail, hospitality or similar experience
  • Luxury experience with understanding of collaboration needed between a global HQ and local flagship
  • Flexibility and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong cultural awareness and global mindset; multi-lingual is a plus
