• Oversee corporate accounting duties such as bank reconciliations, cost reports, intercompany accounts, loan accounts, etc.
• Oversee various production specific accounting duties as well as reviewing production audits and tax filings
• Assist in monitoring cash flow for current and future production projects
• Liaise with various external stakeholders as the primary point of contact
• Responsible for the set-up activities of new productions, including but not limited to: bank accounts, accounting system, etc.
• Prepare & review labor schedules, cost reports and other required reporting
• Work closely with funders and banks on the financing of productions
• Oversee the work and performance of direct reports
• Other ad hoc duties as required

• CPA designation required
• 4+ years experience in the entertainment industry required
• Experience with Quickbooks is a strong asset, but not required
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail in an environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
