We are hiring a VP Carrier Practice to join an insurance sales team. This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the Carrier Practice business segment. The ideal candidate will have successful experience selling products and services to insurance carriers, program administrators, managing general agents and captive managers, and will have experience with commercial property and casualty marketplace.

- Initiate marketing strategies to create a powerful network of prospective clients
- Handle leads with in-person meetings and virtual meetings/events
- Deal architecture from price, staffing, and implementation to prospect presentation development and delivery

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years' experience selling in the insurance industry
- B2B sales experience
- Experience with worker's compensation, general liability, auto, and specialty claims
- Ability to travel 50% of working days

Midwest - preferably Texas or Chicago

$110,000 - $150,000
+ uncapped commissions and earnings
