We are looking to hire a VP, Agency Relations to manage relationships between the company and its appointed agents to facilitate selling and retaining company business. This role will handle the Texas territory and contiguous states.

Requirements:
- College degree with advanced insurance designation preferred
- 5+ years' experience sales or brokerage in professional liability or large P&C insurance accounts
- Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
- Strong understanding of negotiation skills and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to travel often
- Active resident or non-resident P&C insurance agent licenses required
