Salary: $200,000/year Compensation Range: $225,000—$275,000/year Full medical insurance, dental benefits, and more, EOO.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams across project management, business analysis, and software development

  • Own client relationships, aligning solutions with business goals

  • Guide system design and integration strategies for complex airline scheduling solutions

  • Conduct on-site client research, scope needs, and define requirements

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through implementation

  • Collaborate across internal tech, account, and executive teams

  • Recommend feature enhancements and lead quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years in professional services, software, and project leadership

  • 15+ years in people management, with strong airline crew system expertise

  • Bachelor’s in operations research, CS, or related field (Master’s a plus)

  • Proven leadership in strategic planning, change management, and client services

  • Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise system design

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP certification a plus
