POSITION: Vice President / Director of Platform & Technology Partnerships (title will depend upon experience)

LOCATION: Silicon Valley. Must be currently located in Silicon Valley or willing to relocate.

COMPENSATION: $200-300k+ OTE for first year plus equity and full benefits package that is amazing.

OPPORTUNITY:
Seeking a high-potential, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Platform & Technology Partnerships to help build and expand strategic technology alliances across the UCaaS, CCaaS, AI, cloud, healthcare technology, and vertical SaaS ecosystems. This role is designed for an MBA graduate with approximately 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience and 1-2 years post-MBA experience in technology, such as product management, engineering, enterprise software, technology consulting, startups, or related technical fields. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, product integration, APIs, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate combines structured, analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong technical curiosity. This individual should be comfortable engaging with founders, product leaders, developers, engineers, and executive stakeholders while also driving partnership strategy, commercial discussions, and cross-functional execution internally.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA from a top-tier program
  • Strong pre-MBA experience in technology, such as product management, engineering, enterprise software, technology consulting, startups, or related fields
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Silicon Valley
  • Strong AI fluency and technical curiosity; able to engage credibly with product and engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with both Structured, analytical thinking with consulting or banking-style rigor AND entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to engage credibly with technical founders, developers, and product leaders
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, product, consulting, or related roles with exposure to deal execution
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, communications platforms, or collaboration technologies
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, embedded communications, and platform ecosystems
  • Exposure to healthcare technology ecosystems, workflow platforms, or provider technologies
  • Experience working with startups, high-growth technology companies, or platform businesses

RESPONSIBILITIES

PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic technology partners across SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, UCaaS/CCaaS, cloud, and platform ecosystems. Proactively source and engage industry-specific, integration-focused partners to enable integrations and workflow solutions that create mutual value. Build and manage a high-quality partner pipeline across multiple industries, with an emphasis on scalable software and services ecosystems. Lead outreach, relationship development, and strategic discussions with prospective partners

DEAL STRUCTURING & EXECUTION: Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle. Structure and negotiate commercial and technical partnerships, including integrations, co-sell agreements, revenue-share models, and platform partnerships. Translate business opportunities into actionable integration and partnership execution plans.

GO-TO-MARKET & GROWTH: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners. Enable internal sales teams with partner-driven solutions and value propositions. Drive pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution through partnerships.

INTEGRATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to guide integration efforts and ensure successful execution. Help shape internal priorities by translating external partner needs into product roadmap and platform strategy inputs. Act as a connector between external partners and internal stakeholders across the organization

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, product leaders, developers, and executives at partner companies. Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic partnerships. Drive ongoing engagement, alignment, performance tracking, and growth initiatives

MARKET INTELLIGENCE: Monitor emerging trends in AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, APIs, embedded communications, and platform ecosystems. Identify new opportunities for partnerships that expand product capabilities, ecosystem reach, and market differentiation
