VIRTUAL Assistant Director Revenue Cycle

VIRTUAL position based in South Carolina

Our client is a partner of one of the biggest names in healthcare revenue cycle consulting.

The Assistant Director is a leadership position that brings business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create distinctive value for the company and its clients while creating a culture of individual ownership and accountability for high performance. The AD manages multiple client engagements, and will oversee 10+ site Managers. The Assistant Director provides operational and strategic leadership to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate various functions to support the overall financial goals of our clients. This will be accomplished through leading and directing the operations staff on all aspects of strategic accounts receivable management, alongside implementing operational policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure successful client outcomes. All tasks related to this position are to be done in a manner consistent with company policies, procedures, quality standards, customer needs and applicable local, state and federal regulations.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher required in business related field, Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ years in a healthcare setting in a supervisory capacity for accounts receivable management.
