Job Title: Industrial Automation Product Manager – VFD

Overview:
A North America-based role focused on managing the lifecycle, strategy, and growth of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) products within the industrial automation space. This position is responsible for setting product vision, driving go-to-market strategies, and supporting commercial success through market research, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.

• Drive new product introduction, pricing, and roadmap planning.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

• Support sales enablement with tools, training, and content.

• Serve as a technical and commercial liaison between engineering, sales, and customers.

• Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and standards organizations.

• Identify partnership or M&A opportunities to fill product gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or VFD-related roles.

• Strong technical knowledge of AC motor drives, motor control systems, and industrial automation sectors like HVAC, Oil & Gas, and Food & Beverage.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive commercial results.

• Willingness to travel (20–40%).

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
