Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair sophisticated high-performance outboard engines, particularly Mercury V12 Verado systems
- Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on multi-engine vessels (typically 3-4 outboards, up to 6!)
- Execute mobile service calls to marinas and boatyards throughout the region
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow manufacturer specifications and maintain highest quality standards
- Collaborate with a team of specialists on complex technical challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional marine maintenance experience
- Mercury certification required
- Experience with high-performance outboard systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical capability to work in varied marine environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
