Marine Technician - High-Performance Outboard Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, service, and repair sophisticated high-performance outboard engines, particularly Mercury V12 Verado systems
  • Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on multi-engine vessels (typically 3-4 outboards, up to 6!)
  • Execute mobile service calls to marinas and boatyards throughout the region
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and maintain highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with a team of specialists on complex technical challenges

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional marine maintenance experience
  • Mercury certification required
  • Experience with high-performance outboard systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Physical capability to work in varied marine environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
