Additional info:
The technology and platform in Utility Operations is brand new to SJI, so any experience from a project design and architecture perspective within the Utilities industry is ideal and highly desired. Project workstream is very technical and will require the PM to be “in the weeds”, so they must be able to speak to both technical and business teams and be able to bridge gaps. Experience with Maximo and/or Tracking and Traceability (tagging GPS coordinates of utility assets i.e. meters, pipelines) is also preferred although the focus is on the core PM skills to facilitate, negotiate, and influence. A seasoned PM who can handle aggressive timelines and high pressure situations with a lot of moving pieces is necessary.
