UROLOGY - TUCSON, AZ

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established urology practice at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson with Carondelet Medical Group. This employed position offers strong surgical volumes with DaVinci Xi system and Aquablation equipment. Team of 2 urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN, and dedicated MAs.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $450,000 - $650,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice with tail, retirement plans, PTO, CME

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- 60% outpatient clinic / 40% operating room
- 24 patients daily in clinic
- 15-20 surgical cases weekly
- DaVinci Xi system, Aquablation equipment
- Full-spectrum general urology

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM + shared weekend call
- Minimum 7 days/month ER coverage
- Physician-driven governance structure
