Urology Physician

UROLOGY - PALM SPRINGS, CA

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Desert Regional Medical Center's urology practice in Palm Springs. This employed position offers a strong patient volume with Da Vinci Xi and X robotic systems, ASC access, and Level 1 trauma center equipment. Current team includes Uro-Oncologist and General Urologist.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: From $450,000
- Benefits: Full benefits package, malpractice coverage
- Loan assistance negotiable

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- 30 patients daily
- Outpatient clinic with 1 day/week in OR
- Da Vinci Xi and X robotic systems
- Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) access
- Level 1 trauma center equipment
- Support: MAs, office manager, billing manager
- General Urology or Uro-Gynecology preferred

SCHEDULE & CALL
- 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Call: 1 week per month
- Outpatient focus with dedicated OR time

REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Urology
- Robotics experience preferred
