Our client is the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Our client in Southern Oregon is a Level 2 trauma center and regional referral hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. This 375+ bed hospital is a state-of-the-art facility.

We are seeking an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options and no inpatient work required. Shifts are 12 hours, 6 shifts in a two week pay period. Our clinics are open 7 days a week and holidays.

Position Requirements:

Education:

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
License / Certification:
  • Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) along with a DEA certificate, or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospitals programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum of one-year experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in either Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
