The Unix Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operation of IT infrastructure by providing hands-on pro-active Unix server administration.

• 5 years hands-on experience in an high availability production enterprise networked environment.
• Experience with WebLogic, Solaris and Sun Hardware.
• Solid in-depth understanding of DNS, WINS and TCP/IP
• Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, operating, tuning and troubleshooting complex operating systems and applications.
• Extensive experience with Windows server implementation and maintenance including experience with systems planning, security management and general best practices.
• Working technical knowledge of Scripting languages such as Perl, SNMP, Shell ScriptingKnowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
• ITIL Foundations Certificate
• Familiarity Cisco PIX Firewalls, VPN, switches and routers
• Familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems including interoperability solutions
• Familiarity with SAN storage solutions
