Underwriter/ Honolulu Branch Manager

Seeking Head of Office Underwriter for Start Up Personal Lines Carrier that will be a Hawaii domiciled company managed by insurance experts who know the islands. We are seeking an experienced property casualty underwriter with estabished relationships in Hawaiian independent agency plant. Responsibilities will include: management of 1-3 person staff, line level underwriting of multi-product personal lines platform, marketing within agency plant, management of regulatory relationships, claims customer service and adjuster coordination. Base salary is negotiable commensurate with experience plus a performance based bonus and full benefits including equity that is being offered.
