Our client in Cape Town CBD is seeking Verifications Back Office Admin staff to Work from Home.

Working Hours
  • Rotational Shifts between 14:00 PM to 03:00 AM Monday - Friday; Rotational Saturdays
  • Medical Aid
  • Pension Plan Contribution
  • Fibre allowance
  • Shift allowance
  • Passed Matric
  • Basic IT
  • Comfortable working on multiple screens on computers
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Usage of MS- Office Package - Excel preferred
  • Understanding on calculation of premium basis defined guidelines
  • Good written communication skills (grammatically and contextually correct)
  • Good English comprehension skills (should be able to understand underwriting guidelines, special instructions provided by client and other information provided to process an application)
  • Great attention to detail in processing transactions
  • Highly preferred: Previous experience in a back office customer service operations within the US life Insurance domain
