Our client in Cape Town CBD is seeking Verifications Back Office Admin staff to Work from Home.
Rotational Shifts between 14:00 PM to 03:00 AM Monday - Friday; Rotational Saturdays
Pension Plan Contribution
Comfortable working on multiple screens on computers
Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Usage of MS- Office Package - Excel preferred
Understanding on calculation of premium basis defined guidelines
Good written communication skills (grammatically and contextually correct)
Good English comprehension skills (should be able to understand underwriting guidelines, special instructions provided by client and other information provided to process an application)
Great attention to detail in processing transactions
Highly preferred: Previous experience in a back office customer service operations within the US life Insurance domain
