Overview

Territory sales, business development, and coaching of less experienced sales personnel. Representing a disruptive tool in the laboratory instrument business.

Location: Covers the USA

In This Role You Will:

  • Build new accounts and manage existing ones in your sales territory
  • Drive the complete sales process to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate activities cross-functionally within the company to provide a streamlined experience for your customers
  • Attend meetings within assigned territory and tradeshows/conference events
  • Coach and mentor inside sales representatives
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to your sales cycle as well as create quotes

Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

  • BS or higher in a science
  • 5 years or more of sales experience in the lab research industry is preferred
  • Territory management experience preferred
  • Experience with chromatography (GC or LC) used in the research or quality departments in bio/pharma/life sciences
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 40%
