Backed by major funding and international momentum, this is a rare opportunity to shape a new vertical from the ground up.

The Director of Strategic Sales will play a pivotal role in driving net-new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts across the manufacturing sector, particularly within pulp, paper, and other process-intensive verticals. This role reports directly to executive leadership and offers high visibility, significant autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

This Role Offers:

  • Be the face of a globally scaling AI solution in the U.S. industrial market.
  • Join a team that’s building sustainable, intelligent solutions for the world’s largest producers.
  • Work remotely with a soon-to-open U.S. office hub for collaboration and growth.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package, equity potential, and a culture that values transparency, innovation, and excellence.

Focus:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the U.S. manufacturing market, focusing on AI/IoT software adoption.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and needs discovery to solution presentations, contract negotiation, and post-sale onboarding.
  • Deliver compelling demos and consultative presentations that showcase the impact of AI-driven automation on operational performance.
  • Build and grow trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including COOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Plant/Operations Leaders.
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless buyer journey and strong post-sale outcomes.
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Stay ahead of trends in manufacturing automation, industrial digitalization, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.

Skill Set:

  • 8–10+ years of success in complex B2B sales roles, preferably within SaaS, industrial automation, or manufacturing technology.
  • Proven success selling to enterprise-level manufacturing clients in North America.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation trends, including AI, IoT, and process automation.

  • Strong consultative sales approach, with experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and building something from the ground up.
