Home Builder looking to hire a HYBRID Staff Accountant opportunity in Cobb County, Smyrna/Vinings, GA, up to $70K, DOE, plus benefits.

Join the accounting department of a fast-paced, dynamic team of a residential developer and builder and assist in all levels of accounting and financial preparation and reporting. Work in office M-W and remotely Thursday and Friday.

• Accounting degree required (or extensive relevant experience)
• Experience in accounting for residential construction is a plus but not required
• Assist in recording journal entries, cash transactions, and preparing monthly financial packages AIA billing is a plus
• Perform bank reconciliations and other GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Assist with draw requests and construction loan requests
• Assist with AP as needed
• Payroll and HR a plus
