What You’ll Do

  • Lead UKG Ready HR & Benefits implementations, from discovery through go-live and transition to support
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable UKG Ready solutions tailored to client needs
  • Deliver clear documentation, recommendations, and best practices to ensure long-term success
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and consulting calls—both virtual and onsite
  • Guide clients through post-go-live transition, ensuring confidence and continuity
  • Stay current on UKG Ready functionality and certifications, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall team capability

What You Bring

  • UKG Ready Core HR Certification
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on UKG Ready implementation or launch experience
  • Background in consulting or professional services environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • A client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Experience leading projects or mentoring team members
  • Hands-on experience as a UKG Ready system administrator
  • Additional UKG certifications (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
  • Background as an HR or payroll practitioner
  • Experience in business analysis or project management
