Project Manager – UKG Ready (Remote High-Impact Role)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in UKG Ready looking to lead complex, high-visibility implementations? In this role, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll own delivery, influence outcomes, and elevate the client experience from kickoff through successful go-live.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of UKG Ready implementation projects, ensuring successful, on-time, on-budget execution
  • Drive project planning, timelines, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team (HR, Payroll, Time, and Technical Consultants)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating executive-level communication and governance
  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving forward with precision
  • Deliver clear, concise weekly status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Guide clients through best practices, setting them up for long-term success post-implementation
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and delivery methodologies

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 3+ years of project management experience with UKG, including hands-on work with UKG Ready
  • Proven success managing enterprise, multi-workstream implementations
  • Experience leading full-suite UKG Ready deployments (highly preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Strong command of project management tools (SmartSheets a plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders

Bonus Experience

  • Change management and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Driving alignment across cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation, timelines, and system updates
