We are seeking a UHNW Wealth Advisor to join a growing wealth management team in the Los Angeles CA market.
The position focuses on relationship management, financial planning, investment discussions, and ongoing client service within a sophisticated family office environment.
The ideal candidate is polished, client-facing, and comfortable navigating complex wealth management conversations while working collaboratively alongside experienced advisory teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior advisors in the ongoing management of ultra-high-net-worth client relationships and financial planning initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with the delivery of investment and wealth management strategies.
- Prepare client meeting presentations, planning analyses, and reporting materials.
- Communicate sophisticated investment and financial planning concepts in a clear, concise, and client-friendly manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for UHNW client relationships, responding to inquiries and coordinating requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in overseeing client investment and financial plans, including coordination across planning and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with advisory and client service teams to ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience.
- Support business development initiatives and relationship expansion opportunities within existing client networks.
- Contribute to internal process improvement efforts and operational efficiencies to enhance team effectiveness and client service delivery.
- Maintain awareness of financial markets, planning strategies, and industry developments while adhering to firm policies and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP or CFA designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience within wealth management, investment advisory, family office, estate planning, or related financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of investment management and holistic financial planning concepts.
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with ultra-high-net-worth clients and families.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM and financial planning software preferred.
- Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings.
Compensation is highly competitive and based on experience. Hybrid office as well
