Trust and Estates Associate

Boutique law firm in Hollywood is looking for a 5+ year associate to join their Trusts and Estates practice. The right candidate will be a self starter who takes the initiative to work with their team and move a file from beginning to completion. Knowledge of estate planning, trusts and tax is essential. Primary responsibilities include helping clients protect, manage, and distribute their wealth. Job duties are split between estate planning (proactive weath structuring and asset protecion) and trust/estate administration (handling of legal and tax matters after death). The firm puts a high priority on attorneys who prefer to take ownership of their practice and who do not need an extensive amount of supervision. The position offers competitive pay and benefits. This is a full time in person position. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish.
