Windward Recruiting in partnership with our client are in search of a Trust New Business Development Officer to:
- Identify and cultivate current and new relationships with clients, corporations, and center of influence individuals
- Attract new clients to the firm
- Enhance already existing relationships with the firm to acquire stronger relationships and referrals
- Contribute to the team environment and become an influential team member
8+ years’ diverse experience encompassing trust, asset allocation, and ability to converse with clients in all areas of wealth management
Must possess the ability to develop and grow relationships
Advanced degree and/or CTFA preferred. J.D. is a plus.
