We seek a skilled Trust Advisor to manage and grow existing client relationships, providing high-quality fiduciary and financial planning services. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive advice on trust administration, estate planning, retirement, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of existing wealth management accounts, ensuring long-term relationship growth and client satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized financial advice, including estate and retirement planning, business succession, and tax strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize administrative processes.
  • Network with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to build referral sources and grow business.
  • Demonstrates the ability to stay informed on geo-political and economic events, even outside normal business hours, to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
  • Possesses the hunger to drive results, the humility to continuously learn and grow, and the intelligence to make sound, strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (CFP, CWS, CAP, CTFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial or legal industries with a focus on wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, estate planning, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
