This role combines leadership and technical expertise—managing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and supporting competitive pricing.You’ll mentor a growing team, collaborate with sales and production, and serve as a key point of contact for customers. Strong experience with MiTek software and a background in truss or wall panel design are essential.
