Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CIO for a technology enabled transportation company.

The Trinium Software SME is a Trinium TMS systems expert that sets up master data drivers, equipment, and locations. Works with all business stakeholders to understand demand. Designs architects & implement innovative solutions to deliver business outcomes. Aligns application strategy with overall IT & business strategies. Manages the portfolio of business applications including hot fixes, upgrade, enhancement, licensing, & vendor relationship. Provides vision to the application team. Works closely with other IT managers to address any inter-dependence concerns between application, infrastructure, operations & data management. Communicates effectively with direct reports, supervisors, peers & business customers. Responsible for presenting new technology ideas that would promote efficiency, ingenuity, and overall growth of the logistics branch.

  • Asset and-or non-asset transportation
  • Implemented TMS systems
  • Project management
  • Configuration & application development
  • Created & maintained reporting
  • EDI & software Development
  • Integration development and testing
  • Bachelor’s degree (computer science or related experience)
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA (remote home office environment)
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • Managed EDI integration with order to cash EDI understanding 204, 990, 214, 110, 210
  • SQL Server & database support.
