This pivotal role involves overseeing the organization's cash operations, ensuring financial stability, and compliance with GAAP and debt covenants. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Treasury Manager will play a vital role in managing liquidity and implementing risk management strategies that are crucial for the company's ongoing success and growth. We seek a leader to maintain and refine financial systems and policies, collaborating with senior management to support and guide fiscal decisions.
Salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, banking, and safeguarding of company funds to ensure the integrity of fiscal transactions.
- Establish and maintain bank accounts, including overseeing setup and ongoing maintenance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all debt agreements, acting as a key advisor on related issues.
- Analyze financial reports to advise senior management on risk assessment, company loans, and liquidity matters.
- Proactively meet borrowing needs by preparing regular and accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee the development and adherence to financial systems and policies governing treasury activities, with a focus on robust record-keeping and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement systems to transfer funds efficiently both domestically and internationally, considering tax efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- At least 10 years of finance-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Treasury functions.
- Demonstrated high ethical standards and trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong organizational skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation viewed favorably.
- Experience in corporate finance within large, complex operations.
- Prior experience in industries with significant international transactions is an asset.
