Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking site supervision experience in multi-family and wood frame construction

· Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave

· Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· Minimum 3-5 years multi-family and senior living construction experience preferred

· Experience in ground-up construction

· Effective manager of budget, materials, and time

Salary Range: $110-160K
