Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing, Cleveland, OH to help them search and qualify candidates for their Traveling Superintendent position. Our client is a small, stable company that moves quickly on decisions. Their workforce is important to them and they treat them accordingly by offering to pay per diem up front, pay bonus per job completed.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

Managing all project budgets and schedules
Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

Must have 3-5 years of retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience as a Superintendent
The Superintendent must have previous experience with ground up and tenant fit outs
The Superintendent must have the ability to travel to multiple states such as OR, WA, CA, OH, WI, and IL
Strong leadership and management skills
The Superintendent must have direct experience with projects ranging from $500K - $1.5 mil

Salary Range: $90-120K
