Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Managing project budgets and schedules in retail and restaurant construction
• Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
• Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5-10 years of experience running projects in retail and/or restaurant
• Experience running projects from $100k - $5 million in size and 8-12 weeks in duration
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Must be willing to travel 100% nationwide

Salary Range: $100-130K
