Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing, Cleveland, OH to help them search and qualify candidates for their Traveling Superintendent position. Our client is a mid-size, stable company that moves quickly on decisions. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Managing all project budgets and schedules
- Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
- Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must have 5-10 years of experience with recent industrial warehouse projects
- The Superintendent must have previous experience with ground up and tenant fit outs
- The Superintendent must be willing to travel 100% to the Midwest and/or East - home once a month
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The Superintendent must have direct experience with projects ranging from $10-40 million
Salary Range: $90-120K
