Must have experience in all areas of large earthwork projects, especially mass grading.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing production crews and Foremen on large-scale grading projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

This is a traveling role with projects located across multiple regions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the Heavy Civil construction arena with an emphasis on earthwork.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale earthwork projects ranging from 100K to 200M cubic yards.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mass grading.

Must have experience with 631 spreaders.

Proven track record of profitable performance on both public and private projects.

Shot Rock experience (preferred)

Proficiency with Trimble or TopCon GPS systems.

An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent people skills, and will be a team player.

Solid understanding of budgets, change orders, cost codes, and purchase orders, with comprehensive knowledge of overall project design.
