We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract and contribute to our mission of excellence in patient care
Position Overview:
As an ICU Registered Nurse with our prominent hospital system, you will be responsible for providing advanced, specialized care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- RN-Registered Nurse of California
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days)
- CCRN preferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- Minimum of two years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
Shifts Available:
- All shifts are available, including days and nights. Flexibility in shift preference can be accommodated.
