Job Description :
The CT Tech performs procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and preferably one or more of the following modalities: General Radiology, Angio/Cath Lab and Computed Tomography. Nightshift, Must have CT experience in an acute care setting. This position will do XRAYS, CT scans, and rotating weekends
EDUCATION:
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Graduate of a JCERT accredited program Broad-based knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology
- Associate's: Health Science or equivalent education/experience
- Other: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- Night CT Technologist position covering Tuesday - Saturday nights
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
- OR ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist
- OR CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider within 30 Days of hire
- CA RHF - Radiology Fluoroscopy
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- Two years as a Radiologic Technologist performing general diagnostic imaging and one or more of the following modalities: Angio/Cath Lab, Computed Tomography, or Magnetic Resonant Imaging.
- Experience in an acute care hospital.
