Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on technology leader to own the full tech lifecycle across property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio initiatives. This is a high-autonomy role at the intersection of real estate transactions and operational IT — you'll build the playbooks, manage the infrastructure, and bridge the gap between deal teams and ground-level execution.

What you'll own

  • Technology due diligence and integration for acquisitions and dispositions — telecom, networking, hardware, PMS migrations
  • Portfolio-wide infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and vendor relationships
  • Building standardized processes, playbooks, and project governance from scratch
  • Executive reporting and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across deal teams, operations, and IT

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in project management with at least 2 years leading technology implementations at the physical location level
  • Experience in multifamily, hospitality, or multi-site retail managing acquisition/disposition tech transitions
  • PMP or equivalent certification; hands-on familiarity with networking, telecom, hardware, and PM platforms (Monday, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments — diagnosing problems and executing without a safety net

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata · Telecom infrastructure background · Comfort with transaction-heavy environments and distributed teams
