Position: Transaction Advisory Services – Senior Associate / Manager

This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced M&A environments. You’ll play a key role in financial due diligence engagements, working directly with clients and leadership to deliver strategic insights on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading or supporting quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analyses

• Preparing due diligence reports and financial data books

• Managing client relationships and coordinating communications

• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong team culture

• Ensuring timely, accurate execution of deliverables across engagements

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

• 3–7+ years of experience in transaction advisory or public accounting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and prior experience with financial due diligence

• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills

• Clear, confident communication and organizational abilities
