Training Specialist
Job Description
We're looking for an Operations Training Specialist to support the development of a strong, skilled, and engaged workforce. In this role, you’ll assist with delivering and improving training programs that drive productivity, safety, and employee retention across our facilities.
What You’ll Do:

Facilitate training for new hires and current employees

Conduct follow-ups and check-ins at key milestones

Maintain accurate training records and checklists

Support and coordinate with “buddy system” coaches

Identify training gaps and suggest improvements to materials

Help keep SOPs and training content current and effective

Collaborate with leadership and team leads to align on training needs
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience delivering training or a background in communications, HR, or operations

A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
