Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Training Specialist to support the development of a strong, skilled, and engaged workforce. In this role, you’ll assist with delivering and improving training programs that drive productivity, safety, and employee retention across our facilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate training for new hires and current employees

  • Conduct follow-ups and check-ins at key milestones

  • Maintain accurate training records and checklists

  • Support and coordinate with “buddy system” coaches

  • Identify training gaps and suggest improvements to materials

  • Help keep SOPs and training content current and effective

  • Collaborate with leadership and team leads to align on training needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience delivering training or a background in communications, HR, or operations

  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
