HR Training Coordinator - Duluth, GA
We are working with well established company located in Duluth, GA that is looking for an HR Training Coordinator.
This is 100% in office and is a permanent position with a base salary ranging from $55-$65k plus bonus. Below is a snapshot of the opportunity. .

Position Overview:
This position will work closely with HR and managers to track all training across the company. This person will also have some recruitment responsibility, in that they will process new hires.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible administering and tracking employee training programs
  • Assist with research and delivery of training for employees and managers.
  • Work with managers to implement skill training with division in-house trainers
  • Coordinate and assist with training set-up and supply for employee training events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • One to two years in HR, training or recruiting
  • Previous experience using LMS or HRIS Systems
