Job Summary

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to manage workflow and deadlines between teams in an advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Receive job requests from account teams and assign tasks to the creative department.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate print estimates and vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain a clear and structured workflow between departments.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for creative projects.
  • Monitor workloads to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficient project completion.
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising agencies (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience with print production, quoting, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
