I want this individual to join our company and have a desire to exceed all expectations, while being an exceptional person and possess a personality that will be a benefit to our company culture. I want involvement, tracking, goal setting, organization, strong negotiation, and people skills; someone with a story to tell, who knows how to tell it. I am building a new team and this will be one of the most important hires of my career, so I’m 100% invested to make it work for someone I believe in and has my passion for this company and our people."
