About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a pivotal role in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, from application to enforcement. You'll work directly with attorneys and clients, navigating a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online trademark clearance searches and assess potential conflicts

• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark documents (applications, renewals, assignments, statements of use)

• Oversee docketing and manage trademark deadlines with precision

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address inquiries

• Support litigation efforts by preparing exhibits, research, and discovery materials

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of trademark paralegal experience

• Proficient in domestic and international trademark processes

• Skilled with CPI, SAEGIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint

• Exceptional communication, organization, and judgment

• Professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
