Bilingual Tour Operations Coordinator (Japanese/English)
Position Summary
Seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) professional to support tour operations and customer service coordination for a leading travel and tourism organization. This role serves as a liaison between Japan offices, local vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth tour operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate tour schedules, itinerary updates, and operational changes

Communicate with Japan offices, vendors, and internal teams regarding tour arrangements

Manage tour-related issues and provide timely problem resolution

Report incidents and emergency situations to relevant stakeholders

Support administrative functions including documentation, invoicing support, and coupon management

Provide operational support for tours, VIP guests, and special events
Qualifications

Bilingual in Japanese and English (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year of travel industry experience or related experience

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule

Business hours operate between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Sunday through Saturday, including holidays

Schedule may include weekends and holidays as needed
