Tools & Equipment Administrative Technician

Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to support dynamic construction teams? We're looking for a Tools & Equipment Administrative Technician to help keep job sites running efficiently by managing tools, equipment, and logistics behind the scenes.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and tracking tools and materials for job sites.
  • Support electronic processing of rental and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate tool repairs, maintenance, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Perform minor repairs and help maintain equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records for tool inventory, transfers, and inspections.
  • Ensure proper completion of vehicle inspection reports.
  • Communicate with team members and vendors professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and site teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

What You Bring:

  • RENTAL EXPERIENCE is key!
  • Experience in tool maintenance, delivery, and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of rental contracts, maintenance schedules, and tool manufacturers.
  • At least 2 years in the construction industry is an asset
  • Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
