The Tooling Shop Supervisor supervises the daily operation of the Engineering tooling shop and welding shop including all areas of plug and mold construction. Schedules work and assigns tasks for all shop associates, responsible for equipment maintenance and housekeeping, handles personnel issues including time clock edits/reporting.

Skills:

Leadership/Supervisory experience

Hand and power tool usage

PC skills, Microsoft office

Verbal and written communication skills

Engineering experience (preferred)

Fiberglass work (preferred)
