Tool Service Technician
Job Description
Join the team as a Tools Service Technician with our partner, a trusted leader in Power Tools Distribution and Service since 1966.
This is a full-time position offering great benefits and the opportunity to work with top-quality pneumatic and electrical tools in the manufacturing and construction industries.
Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair pneumatic and electrical tools, including warranty repairs and service estimates.

Prepare cost estimates, generate repair quotes, and submit them to customers.

Follow up with customers regarding repair approvals and service updates.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Provide counter sales support and assist walk-in customers.

Maintain general office and building upkeep.

Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading shipments.
Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of experience servicing pneumatic and electrical tools.

Strong customer service skills in an industrial or construction-related environment.

Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor-P21 preferred), order entry, and quoting processes.

Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience reviewing tool breakdowns and preparing parts lists for repairs.
